Be is resolved that the Board approve the December 2020 holiday closures as presented.

Board Vacancies & Letters of Resignation

Be it resolved that the Library Board receive letters of resignation from Marisol Da Silva and Connie Hiscock and thank them both for their many contributions to the Library; and that the Library Board declare two seats vacant as per Section 12 of the Public Libraries Act and direct the Librarian/CEO to notify the Southgate Clerk so that recruitment to fill the vacancies may begin as soon as possible.

Be it resolved that the Board nominate a member to the position of Chair.

Transfer of Operating Budget to Library Reserves

Be it resolved that the Library Board request that the 2020 and all future annual Library operating budget surpluses and deficits be transferred to the Library Infrastructure Reserve.
